I am 16 and i was raped the other day and I have felt so horrible since...i dont know what to do someone PLEASE HELP ME...and dont say tell my parents because as much as i would love to i cannot do that...please give me some help or advice ...anything

Honey, I was once there. You don't have to tell your parents but it might be better. I still haven’t told my parents and after it happened I just shut down to every one. But please listen talk to some one tell a friend just get it off your chest because in the end it will be hard for you. But if not just pray are talk to the one you praise and ask him for his help. Take care of yourself. It wasn't your fault.

Mariah, dear you are going to have to go to the authorities. Normal rape protocol is: 1.) Do touch nothing from the crime scene.2.) If you are still in danger get to a safe place.3.) Call the police 4.) Do not take a shower or a bath or do anything. 5.) File a police report. 6.) Stick to your guns. 7.) seek some counseling from a professional. If time has past as in your case I would go to the police and seek advice.

Sorry, I'm finding it hard to believe you would be posting this on a forum such as this. If indeed you were raped, you know what you can do per legal means. Judging by your other questions this is my guess....
You had consensual sex with a guy. Probably a one time thing with. You now suspect you might be pregnant because you were too naive to use protection. Since you don't want your parents to think their virginal little girl is now a pregnant teen, you are claiming rape. Please consider your situation completely before coming forward with charges. The guy's life and reputation will forever have a black mark as a sexual predator.

Read my question I posted the other day.I am a victim of rape and if I hadnt got professional help I wouldn't be in my right mind today.Even though you don't want to tell your parents I strongly disagree with that.Its such a hard ordeal to go through by yourself and I doubt that your parents would blame you for what happen.Talk to them so they can get you help.He could have had an STD,he could go after another little girl.What if you had a little sister and he went after her next? Please tell your parents.I would hate for you to go through what I went through.Its the worst feeling ever.

look hon, i work with a lot of teens in my church...
you have to find a close friend that you can tell. you have to be able to tell someone because if you dont, it will eat at you.
you should also find a teacher, counselor, pastor or some adult that you can tell. that is very, very important.
it takes a very long time to get over the emotions, and feelings of guilt, shame, confusion, etc. you have to find someone that you trust to share this with and help you through it.
you will prob eventually need counseling.

it will be ok hon, just know that it wasnt ur fault in anyway. no one has a right to do that to anyone.

one time a read a book and the author used this example which may not the the greatest but helpful: "think you just got bitten by a street dog and your body is hurt. don't let the scar go deeper." seek counselling or some professional in the school you can really talk to and go to the doctor and make sure you're STD/HIV free and not pregnant!

First, you should tell someone about what happend. Because rape is not ok and you should tell the police and your parents. He took a part of you away and you cant let him get away with that.

Yoiu need to talk to someone I hate to say this but mom might be a good idea. I know your embarrased maybe evn think its your fault but you need to tell someone and report this to get the guy off the streets before he does this to someone else or possible you again

do u know who raped you? if you do - get to an anoymous help line or something and tell someone!!! get the guy behind bars before he does it to anyone else!! this is really big, rape can get you STD's, make you really sick and even pregnant... you can go to a walk in clinic and get a check up and make the doctor keep it anonymous,..... what ever you do - make sure you think about it really carefully first.....
