The question I would ask here, is why you suddenly want to make out after seven years? If it's something that the two of you disagree with or think is so special that you want to it save until marriage or engagement or whatever, then it's not good to let go of your morals this way. You've waited this long, so it's pretty obvious that you really care about being with each other and not just a physical relationship. Maybe you should talk about this. I'm just a little concerned about the way this sounds, and don;'t want for either of you to have any regrets.
