Personally I think belly button rings are more attractive. I have one and I didnt think it was painful. My sister has both and she said her nose hurt the worst out of all her piercings, she has gotten her rook, nose, and belly button. Complications can happen with either you just have to be careful not to get an infection. They both will scar but the nose would be seen more. My sister has a little hold in her nose (it is closed) but you can see where it was. It isnt really noticable but still there. And belly buttons rings leave a circle scar which isnt the prettiest. I hope this helps you decide.

I am 50 years old. In the last five years I have had my nose pierced, got a tattoo and am now driving a sports car. For most of my adult life I was a behind the scenes wife, mother and dutyfull daughter. when I hit menaphase, I realized that life is too precious to not to live it to the fullest so I decided to do some things that I had wanted to do in the past but was too afriad of other's reactions. And why should she clear what she wants to do with you or anyone else. This is for HER. She is old enough to make these types of decisions herself without clearing it with anyone. GOOD FOR HER!!!!!
BY the way I also changed my religion from Chrisitanity to Paganism. Something that I was wanting to do for some time and now I am free to do it. MIDDLE AGE ROCKS!!!!!

Hell yes! Those things scar you for life, i.e. the piercing, plus the hurt like a mutha! My wife's belly button has the red spot that will takes tens of years to disappear. She had her ring if for about 6 months and got tired of it..but too late now!

Her nose piercing is hardly noticable though.

I think it a mistake to get piercing..but what do i know?

Worrying won't help..talk with her. Go somewhere relaxing together, give her some extra attention and tell her honestly how you feel. Let her know how much you love her and love being included in all details of her life.
She will appreciate you all the more for it
Good luck and God Bless

YES SIR....she is preparing for some one else in the future.....your days ARE NUMBERED. HER TATTOOS, body jewelry.....are a breakaway decision. Make up your mind to do alot better...or just suffer the long journey to misery, .......take care..can you imagine anyone putting ANYTHING IN THEIR NOSE BUT A FINGER?

Absolutely not! She is just trying something new. Tell her how sexy she is, make sure she knows that you like it, whether or not you do. If you act like you don't, then she will feel hurt for trying something new and it not being accepted.

Heck yes! Especially is she was eerily conservitive before. Maybe she is trying to be young again, or wants attention from you?
