A Great Prepaid Debit card is the Western Union Prepaid Mastercard. Funds may be added at any western union location. The monthly fee is just $4.95 and is waived with direct deposit. There is also a small loading fee. Other than that there are no other fees. It is a great card that you can continue to use for years. Anyone over 13 may apply. It is fast and easy.
I used to use this card when I was younger. You may also view activity online. It gets my personal recommendation.

You can go to your local mall Customer Service desk or bank and ask for a gift card. They come with a major logo and can be activated as soon as you call the toll-free number.

You can go to Walgreens they have tons of pre-paid cards and (not for sure where you at but) there is a place called PLS check cash. Ace check cash. Basicly anywhere that has the all access cards.
