Work hard to gain a credible employment and establish a residency. After the lapse of a specified period of time under the law, you can now apply for a green card.

There are a few ways to establish permanent residency in the USA.
If you have any close relative and USA citizen in the same time (mother, father, brother or sister) they can sponsor you and you will be eligible.
You can be sponsored by an employer who must prove that they could not find qualified person for that particular job in the States.
Finally, you can get married with the USA citizen and obtain you permanent resident status by that route.
There are several lawyers specializing in immigration who could give you very detailed information (not for free of course). You can also check with some agencies helping prospect immigrants. Good luck to you.

well pay taxes...That is the beginning of course be a good resident no crime and is a good path to be able to be qualified for the green card.
