Mohammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) simply confirmed the truth of Jesus's original message (not as the christians have corrupted it to be!)
Jesus preached pure monotheism and worshipped God. Early christians such as the ebionites believed that Jesus wasnt divine just as Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) taught. Jesus taught submission to God's Law just as Muhammad taught.
The four gospels related to Jesus in the New Testament are not very reliable, however:
1) they are all written anonymously
2) there are thousands of contradictions in their manuscripts, so much so that there is not one single sentence that could be considered uniform.
So to know the "real story" of Jesus is quite a difficult task. The contradictions relating to the idea of the trinity are numerous. For example, the earliest church fathers all recorded that Jesus said "no one is good except the Father alone" which christians later translated as "no one is good except God alone" in order to shove off the problem to the trinitarian dogma.

No,Jesus and Muhammad pbuh are not a bluffer. They both were the prophets of Allah.I do believe them because I saw its proof..I saw the place where Jesus was born in Yerusalem and I saw Muhammad pbuh tomb in the Nabawi Mosque at Medina. Saudi Arabia. The story of the will be coming prophet has been spoken by Allah in His genuine holy books. The coming of Jesus is spoken in the original Torach but it has been deleted by Jews
The coming of Muhammad pbuh as the last prophet is spoken in the original Bible but now it has been deleted too
.So now there is no consistent continuation among the holy books..May God bless you and show the right path.

They have different purpose for God's work. Jesus saved us from ourselves, and Mohammed brought the light into Arabia. Jesus is the son of the living God, and Mohammed is a prophet. Both are real and Both are of God.

honestly if you logically look at there teachings
there are no differences.
except maybe a few exceptions.
but if you are comparing Jesus (as God according to Christians) to Muhammad a prophet...then that would be lowering a so called God. Because Muhammad was human and Jesus is supposedly God..make sense? Because human is nothing to God......but if you look at it in the Islamic way then both of them are wise, peaceful, and pious prophets.
Jesus and Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon them both) were both prophets. my beliefs.
God Bless
