No, the Jeep Wrangler uses a coil spring suspension while the Ranger uses a torsion bar suspension. The spindles are completely different and not interchangeable.
My suggestion would be to use the neoprene spring spacer kit for the front and blocks for the back to get a 21/2" lift for a reasonable amount of money.
