i like redbull vodka but that may not be girly enough for you a pina colata or strawberry daquery are some classics

Well, if you hide the taste of your booze too well, you could end up tipsy, which may not be a good idea if this guy is not well known to you. (thanks, mom, right?)
Good drinks that hide the taste-I hate the taste of alcohol, so I should know!
Cosmopolitan-with cranberry juice and orange flavored liquer, plus vodka I think.
Long Island Tea-very cleverly disguised, but with 5 different liquors, may pack more of a punch than u want. Still, a unisex drink, maybe a tad girly. Tastes like iced tea!
Frozen drinks are perfect if u aren't already cold! hide the taste really well.
Some other girly drinks: mai tai, margarita, rum and diet coke (super sissy!),
with coffee: ameretto(almond), bailey's (yum), grand mariner (orange), buttershots (butterscotch), godiva (chocolate)

My favorite alcohol beverage is an Appletini, or Apple Martini. It tastes like a Green Apple Jolly Rancher :) and.. in most places i have been you can ask for caramel around the rim or they can add caramel flavoring. If you do this is tastes like the caramel apple suckers ;) There is usually a cherry instead of an olive too.

Cranberry juice and GOOD VODKA! Don't use the cheap vodka. I don't like alcohol at all, but if I am going to have a drink at a bar this is what I get, NO ALCOHOL TASTE WHATSOEVER!!!

Hm. properly, i'm no longer particularly specific why you're choosing you dates drink and that i desire the only reason you desire to cover the alcohol is the style yet- Pina Colada and Strawberry daquiris and such are good tasting beverages with little alcohol

Baileys.....yum...straight, on the rocks.
Classy....Grand Marnier. Im not a huge fan of hard stright liquor, but this was bought for me often for a while, and I loved it. Just to sip on and warm you up.
Belini....icy treat.
Electric Surfboard.....If your american. they won't know what that is. (blue stuff with grenadine, tastes like Koolaid)

I would recommend 3 good shots of whiskey and coke then just drink coke next so he sees you can handle the good stuff but can drive fine home after
