1929 Lincoln cent minted in Philadelphia has a mintage of 185,262,000, which makes this date very common. In average circulated condition, it's valued at 10 to 50 cents, but I've seen common old cents like the 1929 on sale for as little as 5 cents at most dealer's shops. A 1929 with a small D(Denver mint) or S(San Francisco mint) mint mark under the date has lower mintage figures, but still selling at the same price with its Philly counterpart.

One cent, but to a collector, maybe 2 cents if he or she is trying to fill a coin collection from the ages.

Probably not much unless it has a mint mark or is in close to uncirculated condition.
