We work together, have not slept together but have shared a kiss or two. He admits he's attracted but "doesn't want a relationship"
There's something there between us, how do I change his mind?

I say give it time if anything at all, and just see what happens. Continue to be his friend or just hangout with him. I don't think you can force anything, because he'll probably either come around or he won't. Maybe he's in the stage right now of really trying to figure out what he wants, including how he wants things to go with you. I think it's cute that you two have kissed and hungout, and not sleeping together of course can be a good thing since you two work together. It's good he's attracted, which of course you are. Just give it time, and I am sure it'll work out for you! = )

Learn this one and save yourself some grief........You CAN"T change anyone's mind. Why don't you just share a few more kisses. Play it cool, and if there is an attraction, believe me, it will develop.

There are a pair of issues you may desire to do:- a million) Inherit $one hundred million or so. 2) survive a mysterious ailment that wipes out the different guy in a one hundred mile radius. If neither of those is a realisitic determination for you, circulate ON!!!

Don't. Find someone who DOES want a relationship.
Although you may change his mind temporarily, it'll be forever in the back of your mind- a fear re. his lack of commitment.

I'm sorry but if he's dead set against having a relationship, then I really can't see how you can just force him into one.
