How in the world does the can of tuna fish not fall on the floor after you open it with a can opener? I know its magnetized but after its open the lid and the can arent connected anymore. How does this work?

The can opener is equipped with a little device that holds firmly onto the lip of the can. as you place the can in the opener try to take note of where and how this happens. it is a clever invention.

Ummmm I think i know what you mean!
Because if you are using a butterfly can opener, the opener is still attached to the side of the can as opposed to the lid, so it wont fall to the floor.
