Sometimes you just need a stranger's opinion, eh?
My ex and I broke up a while ago, and let's just say it wasn't pretty. He was pretty devastated over it.
Now, I miss him and how it felt when we were together. I mean, he won't even look me in the eyes anymore. I want him back. But I can't tell him, because I feel that that would be cruel. I mean, he's been trying to get over it for a while, (I'm not eally sure he has completely) and for me to ask him out again? It seems like it would be too hard on him.
But it hurts to see him and not be able to be with him.
I'm in a quandary here.
Any advice at all would be appreciated.

I guess he is over me. He has a date this Saturday with some girl he met at a party.
This hurt more than I thought I would, and just confuses things more.
NOW what do I do?

Being a guy who was heartbroken when I found out my ex had cheated on me, I will say this.
Give it time.
It has taken me almost 4 months to get over my ex (to a certain extent) but the important thing is you don't want to hurt him. Make sure for you its that you miss him and not being with someone.
Also if you care about him, give it some time. Let him make the decision. If its supposed to happen it will. If you truly get to a point where you need to tell him you want to be with him, be prepared for any answer.
Gl with everything. Even if it doesn't necessarily work out now, the future is a mystery,

My gf and I broke up sometimes ago although we really loved us ( it is a long story ). We both had a hard time and tried to live our ways but inside, the feeling was still here. Finally we decided to start again and the relation is better because we know what went wrong the first time.
What you should do, is have one of his best friend talk with him and try to find out if he still loves you. If so then try to contact him to talk.

well be sure about your feelings first then ask him if yo'u still want to because im sure thats all hes hoeing for!!!

ask him if he really wants u back. if he does then im sure ur mutual love can override any obstacles or awkwardness.
