My back and my leg hurts. I get random muscle cramps in my leg, like, I wake up screaming, like, I make a face and fall onto my desk in silence. I also get real bad ones near the bottom of my ribs. I have the President's Test soon. What can I do?

I would see a doctor if I were you to rule out any major illnesses. If the doctor does not find anything wrong, you may want to look into other factors.
Here is a link on muscle cramps (different types). I found it quite interesting. It can be dehydration but also a calcium/magnesium deficiency.

Have you been exercising regularly? This can sometimes be tough when you are studying...
Do you wear high heels? Some women can handle them others cannot. It can take your back and legs a year to get back to normal after you have switched back to low heels.

Dehydration and lack of potassium/salt are a possible cause. If you've recently gone on a diet you may have cut out a lot of salty foods. Try adding a bit of salt to your cooking.

Go to the doctor and get a prescription for Quine. My doctor ordered it for me for that purpose. He called it Voodoo medicine because it works in some and not in others. It works for me.
Or if you can stand the taste of quinine water then you don't need a prescription.
