What is the best diet for a female who is 5'5" who is 140lbs to get back down to 120-125? I'm willing to try new things. Any advice?

Weight Watchers. If you want to lose quicker add exercise into your routine 4-6 days a week.

Weight watchers flexible plan...you can eat anything you want, just have to count the calories....you do lose weight and do not feel deprived at the same time.
