I like this girl but I don't know if she even knows who I am. How do I ultimately get to the point of going out with her or even having casual conversation? Please Help!

Well, if you go to school and she is in some of your classes, then you can ask her about something that pertains to the work. Then, as she is helping you, then you can start off with some small talk, maybe make her laugh. Personally, I love funny guys and there are sooo many girls out there who do as well. Basically, just get to know her better. Though you may think she doesn't know who you are, you may be suprised. Some girls notice more then you may think. Unless you talk to her, you'll never know what could happen and if there is something more in your future with her.

Casual Conversation- Just walk up to her and say hi. If she doesn't look at you like you're some complete idiot, introduce yourself and ask how her day's going. Maybe compliment her on her hair, also.
Just talk.
