i just got to know him not too long ago and weve been talking but apprently he hooks up with alot of girls
i dont wanna get hurt by having feelings for him
but i do like him also as a person..hes a good guy.

Don't do it. I have a lot of good guy friends who are good guys but they play women. It makes me really glad just to be there friend. Don't get you heart broken.

Listennnn.... to ya boy. The best way to catch or break a player is to play their game. Don't be such an easy catch meaning make him work for your attention most player get bored but if you can keep it interesting then he will lose his old ways. People say you can't change someone in what you want but what do they know why not give it whirl and see what happens. Believe if you are a real catch (great girl) then he'll try hard. Most guys like the chase its the best part of most new relationships.

Players are generally nice just so they can get what they want. Get out while you can because that's what players do; play on your feelings and emotions. I say for you to be his friend but set your limits. Also, try not to be physical so that you can guard that honorable heart. The less drama the better.

Unfortunately,i have had the same experience.If u guys are really friends,he may not want to date u for fear of hurting you.in my case ,he tried to date me for a week,then begged me for a breakup cos he knew he wasnt changed enough and would still hook up with other girls,but also didnt wanna hurt me and loose my friendship,so we had to breakup and remain just friends.So,very sadly,if ur good friends with a guy thats a player,its best to guard ur feelings so u dont fall for him,or atleast not when hes still really into girls.

What you need to do is tell your feelings for this guy. Tell hime that you don't want to get played by him. Tell him that you wanna be with him but you know his game. If you know he is a good guy then go out with him. You like him as a person then like him. Have you honestly seen him play any girls or are people (like your friends just telling you that). He's not a good guy if he's a player. I'm sorry but players were made to deceive you. Sure they act all nice and modest and everything but it's basically all an act. It's your choice but this is a warning. You're going to get hurt.

Stop liking him until he grows up a little. Let him know that's the reason your not interested right now- it may speed up the process of growing up a little bit. Tell him you won't date him until he starts taking people more seriously, and realizing how hurtful playing ways can be.

you should make him come after you so that he knows that he cant play you because your hard to get.. make him give up being a player for you so you have all the control
