I froze it and then stuck it in the fridge last night. I changed my mind and want to make something else how long can it stay in the fridge in a ziplock until it goes bad?

Try and use it tomorrow. Once you let something that it is going to become a haven for bacteria, doesn't matter the degree of cooking to kill it. So one two days is the MAX!!!

A few days. When you are going to use it too, smell it, and if it smells bad, then throw it away, but if were me, I would leave it in the fridge probably no more than 3 days.

If it was me, I'd use it within the next couple of days.

alternatively, if you still have it in a couple of days, you could cook it, then use it for cold chicken sandwiches or something....that way you'll get a bit more time out of it.

Probably 2 days - you can always steam it, bone it & stick it back in freezer or refrigerator for an extra few days.
