Get the fine or jail time. He was arrested but then I think he billed him out and know goes to court next week for punishment.

If it's a first offense, that person more than likely will get a 6 month probated sentence. And just a friendly suggestion, Don't smoke dope when your typing on the computer. You seem to have a problem with "S-P-E-L-L-I-N-G". I think what you meant was A-B-U-S-I-V-E, abusive. And the other word I think was, B-A-I-L-E-D bailed him out.

A person who committed a misdemeanor if proven guilty will surely be given a fine or be imprisoned.
