Do you mean sales tax? This will differ from agency to agency depending on which state you are doing business in. To start, you will need to obtain a resale license and find out the specific sales tax rates for your state and every county and special local sales tax in which you plan to sell your products.

You must collect sales tax on all non-exempt sales unless you are selling to another reseller with a resale license. Further you must report all taxable sales to your state tax agency and submit payment of those taxes to that agency when required. This will happen annually, quarterly, semi-annually, or monthly depending on your level of sales.

If you're talking about sales tax, the rules for what is taxable and the percents vary by state, then some municipalities have an additional sales tax.
