Simple Answer
I recommend that you do the AB BOOT CAMP. (And no there is no easy way)
If you have the flat stomach, the ab boot camp can help you to bring out your abs. It isnt just crunches...its a variety of stomach and lower back exercises to show off what you've been working towards.
If you find that too difficult you can always do any of the other Middle Section workouts at the link below.
If you have a layer of fat over your belly or around it, you will need to do cardio to burn that fat!

Hey, if you're doing 300 situps every day and don't have a six-pack then it's because you are packing to much body fat. You need to lose the layer of fat over your abs before you'll be able to see any definition.

No.

Sit ups will not do it all. Crunches, Jackknife Sit-ups, Leg-ups, and even having someone drop a medicine ball on your abs 20 times helps. I have been doing this for awhile. bingo! six-pack!

YOU MUST ALSO GIVE YOURSELF AT LEAST A DAY BETWEEN EACH WORKOUT. It lest the muscle repair, and get bigger and stronger.

Plus, you must loose A LOT of belly fat. You cant see muscle under layers of fat.

If you want a six pack, eat properly (the most important factor) and train your whole body. People who have defined abs usually have defined arms, legs, backs, and chests. Here is why spot reduction does not work.

hold a 10lb weight on your chest when you do then it'll burn now. Try doing leg lifts. Increase the slope of the bench.

You have what they call a 6 Pack attack which is simular to a Big Mac attack (but it's not really).
