lol. this question has 2 main answers. the phyological one and the simple one.
Simple answer: ppl r lazy and personally dont care about their health over their convenience

Im sure that most of those people.. DONT KNOW HOW TO PARK!! Im not kidding, you would be amazed with the that cant. Well, it makes sense.. how the hell are all those tiny mom's in those big hummers going to park IN the lines? ya know?
