ok... first off you should have NEVER cheated in the first place... there is no real excuse for cheating. you should learn to think with the head on your shoulders... NOT the one in your pants.
apologize and never do it again.... you are going to have to earn her trust back... which might take a while but if you truly care for her stick it out and the two of you should be able to pull through it.

For starters, stop doing it. If you are sure that you can commit yourself to one woman, tell her so. If you are only sorry that you got caught, move on. She will know if you are truly sorry. My husband forgave me because I was truly sorry and I have never, and would never, do it again.
