how do you take frames from a video from Canon SD630 and make it an animation gif that loops over and over?

First, isolate the pictures you want to use from your movie:
* Play the movie and pause at a frame you want to use
* Hit the 'print screen' button on your keyboard
* Go to your image editor and hit 'paste' in a new document
* Crop the image as needed (to isolate just the picture)
* Save that image as a gif or jpg file
* Repeat process until you've saved all the frames you need
Then put the images together again with a gif animation program. Here's a link to one: http://www.tucows.com/preview/194832
