Yes any kind of cardio would help. Also one of the most important factors is your diet. Do you eat well? Normally for two meals all I eat is fruit..
Try the Adkins which some of my friends had amazing results from.

Exercise will work unless you have gynecomastia. If you have that you'll have to get surgery. Though it might be caused by shampoos containing tea tree oil.

So if you think you have gynecomastia, talk to your doctor. You may just need a dose of hormones nowadays I'm not 100% sure.

If you don't have it, exercise is great, sports and running is great. Eat healthy, cut out excess sugars, lift weights if possible.

Go to the gym and tone muscles. Running will help, but if you concentrate on the area, you will see results faster.

no, you'll just end up with a black eye! (get it?) i'm kidding.

if you do have enlarged breast tissue, you need to see a doctor. there is a disease that affects men. since you are young, there is a greater chance of either getting rid of it (surgery), or finding ways to deal with it.

hope everything works out.

Yepp. Also, when you grow up it should help alot. Like if your 12..then it's just baby fat and you'll probably grow out of it. If your 30..then I doubt it will help much.
