Well, I have to tell you the correct way to do your bodybuilding.

You are only 16, and I don't think you are going pro who need to rush for a competition (just my assumption), and most important - you are still growing not like someone who is in his mid 30's, why you want to raise your testosterone level, you mess up your system at this young age and you will regret for the rest of your life. I bet you don't lift heavy enough and eat enough, by doing so you may gain 10-20 pounds in the first year without the supplement, only if you do the right thing.

Bad news - it is just herbs to cleans blood, treat inflammation and mild constipation, act as antioxidant, etc. Other ingredients are nitric oxide, creatine, caffeine and amino acids. If you are building muscles out of them, they may only be doing 1/100 of the work.

17-HD? Please look at the 3 herbs from below:

Doing exercise is to stimulate your muscles and overload them, natural wholefoods are your building material, good sleep allows you to recover and gives your muscles time to grow, and supplements are just to supplement your diet.

But if you are already taking them, I do not think they will offset the effects they provide, if any.

If an experienced bodybuilder is to take anything as supplements, I will say:

Kre-Alkalyn
Pure whey protein isolates
Vitamin B complex, etc

But nothing that makes a claim too big a deliverable promise.

^_^ good luck

I don't know what either of those are, but be careful staking any type of over the counter supplements. I work in a hospital and watched a woman die from doing that. It caused massive blood clots in her arteries around her heart. She was 32 years old. It's not worth it, please be careful.
