I have lived with moles on my face all my life, and I recently have the chance to get them removed. I see them only as marks of ridicule and lack of self confidence. People always tell me I should stay the way I am. What do you think I should do?

Get them removed. You don't like them. You have the chance to remove them so take it. Do it otherwise 10 years from now you will be asking the same question.

I have a large one on my face too -- and I have been asked if I want it removed too.
It doesn't bother me -- and I see it as part of my uniqueness -- so I will not have it removed.
One thing to realize is that if they remove a mole there will be a scar. So you have decide if you want a mole or a scar.
People who judge you by how you look aren't worth your time -- consider it a favour that you have learned how shallow they are right away and find those who look for more than superficial things.
The only way I would have mine done was if there was a risk of cancer.

Well.... it depends! How big are they? If its that much of a problem you should get them removed. I myself have a lot of small birth marks everywhere which is really cute. But if I had big moles all over i would get it removed first thing.

I have a mole on my face too. i used to be self conscience about it as well, but when i told people i was thinking about getting it removed they all told me not to do it. ive been complimented on how "sexy" it was. dont worry about what other people think. you have something different that other people dont have and it makes you individual from everyone else. many people think thats attractive. see your moles as a gift that makes you differerent from the average person

If it bothers you, get rid of them. It's not like a nose job or something. It's usually a very simple procedure, one doctor visit. If it were zits on your face, you'd wanna get rid of those wouldn't you? Moles are relatively minor, it's not gonna be some drastic change to your appearance. I don't see any reason not to it.

i think facial moles (not hairy discolored lumps) are cute. they are angel kisses.
