Your exercise program is on the right track. Getting rock hard abs is mostly a function of nutrition. That is what has worked for me and everyone else I know that has six pack abs. I think that your exercise program is great but here are a couple of sample routine and a meal plan to mix it up and add variety.

situps are a great way to get a "rock hard stomach". it takes time though, you cant expect results right away. doing different types of crunches really helps too. it tones all the different parts of your abs. try doing sets of right side cruches, then left side, then normal ones.

Do standing situps.
Pick up something heavy, bent over, elbows bent, knees bent and HOLD the weight for 60 seconds. FEEL your abs pull in tight! Do every other day.
