I need some tips for loosing 20 lbs in a month. I need real tips that really work. What kind of exercises work best especially for the lovehandles and lower abs.

That's WAY too fast. You should aim to lose weight slower. The slower you lose it, the more likely it is that you will keep it off.

Just follow a balanced diet low in meat and processed foods and high in vegetables, whole grains, fruit and other plant foods. It's important for your overall health to make a lifestyle adjustment, not just to follow a crash diet. Also be sure to exercise at least three times a week - even a half hour of walking in a day will help a lot. Good luck!

Working out running, doing cardio, and some weight lifting.

the only thing that works is eat right and exercise if you have a place where i can walk like a trail run there or so leg lift's and jumping jacks running in place you will get results =)
