Is it possible,i know its unhealthy but i will do anything it takes.Do you know how to lose that much weight??i am 130 now at 5ft 7,since ive gained some weight but i was 120 before and i want to go back to my old weight

OK first if you know what crunches are then do ten of those and, twenty mini sit ups every morning and night. Walk (or run if you can handle it) every other day. Eat fruit every 6 hours and try not to eat at any fast food joints in fact, if you like sushi try and eat some for lunch as often as possible. Also (though not required) when watching TV as soon as the commercials start run or jog in place until your show starts. Also go to sleep around 10:30,11 and wake up at dawn. This will assure that you get enough sleep and that you are getting used to a routine.
I've been doing this since I was 14 and I stay pretty slim just remember, if you start getting lazy the weight will come right back. You should start seeing results a day or two after and, I assure you, you will see results before the week is up. Continuing this routine will insure that you'll never be overweight as, this is a basic workout and health routine. You can lose as much as 18 pounds if you keep this up for a month. In case you where wondering sushi gives you good carbs and energy that can help you sustain this routine without being exhausted although, eating lots of protein and fruit has essentially the same affect. Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

eat rasin bran or special k as two meals a day and do light exercise
cut down on soda and heavy sugars also
