I'm 15. I have a friend and I don't know if she likes me or is just comfortable around me. I like her btw. See, we were laying in bed today watching a movie and she didn't mind being close to me and she was kind of lieng on me a bit and had my arm around her. Would she be like that if she didn't like me?

NO!!! NO GIRL IS GOING TO BE IN THAT POSITION IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE THE GUY!!!
She definitely likes you!!! Probably she was secretly hoping for you to make a move as to kiss her, or be a little more closer than what you were!!!!
The last time I check, when a girl is up and so close to a guy, is because she feels extremely comfortable and secretly is expecting something more!!!
I believe it will work to your advantage if you didn't, because like that you keep her closer and closer to you and just on edge, just building enough trust and closeness until eventually one of you will break the ice!!!
Now, make sure that you are doing this for the right reasons!!!! Like you really like her, and are ready to go out steady with her, and that you care enough, to treat her special or above of all the others friends. Be fair to you and to her.

She may or may not like you but she is comfortable being with you and that is so very important.
