Hehe.....I was a vegetarian from the time I was 12 until about 20. I'm now 24 and I was a vegetarian because I hated to eat animals. I'm a huge animal lover and didn't like eating them. I guess I started eating meat again because I would occasionally find myself "sneaking" certain meats that were very tasty. I just got sick of hiding it so now I eat it sometimes and don't have to feel too guilty......unless I sit down and think about what the animal went through!

A whole family I know decided to become vegetarian because of their perception that the way animals are treated was unacceptable.
That was when they lived in Manchester.
They moved to Shetland, and started to keep some animals on their land.
Shortly after that, they started eating meat again, though they still eat a lot of vegetarian food.

I am still vegetarian and have no plans to change. However, I once knew a girl who changed because of Dr.'s orders.

Sure - probably thousands. I know at least 2 dozen myself.
I have never piously claimed to be a vegetarian.
I do love vegetarian meals or vegetable heavy meals.
However humans are biologically omnivores leaning towards carnivores.
Some meat in the diet is good. Fish is even better!
Give me animal flesh or give me death! (that will happen eventually to all of us)

I'm an ex vegetarian. I was veggie for about a week then i saw it for the farce that it is.....and went vegan! Been vegan now for 18 years x

One of my bestest friends is an ex-vegatarian. She accidentaly ate a pepperoni on a pizza one night and it was so good, she didn't stop. She had been a vegetarian for about 2 years...
Oh, well. Time changes things...haha.

I am not but I have friends who are vegetarians who get sick at the sight of meat. They still swear that they will never eat it.

I am, because i was sick of being skinny and bored of pure vegetarian food
I just decided i'd eat some steak, burgers, chilli, allsorts!

No probaly not. My sister Kristen vegitairian, and my friend Nicks vegitairian, and people at my dads work are vegan.
