Hi there,
About 6 hours ago when I came home from school an absurd dizziness came on with me...
I don't understand... I was fine before I came home.. I also take multivitamins with green tea extract and I have been taking them everyday...
I'm still suffering from this dizziness. When I came home I had lunch and a glass of water thinking that would help the dizziness to go away... It didn't seem to help.. so I went for an hour nap.. that still didn't help...
About 5 mins ago I took an Advil thinking that maybe it's just some kind of headache without the pain..
Is it possible that I have a migraine?
Please let me know your thoughts... Thanks!

A person can have a migraine without pain. Ocular migraines can happen without pain; however, the main symptom with those is vision disturbance, not just dizziness.

Are you eating enough? It could be your blood sugar. I know that when mine is low, I get really dizzy and kind of loopy.

Anemia can also cause dizziness. Are you sure your iron levels aren't too low?

It also could be a middle ear infection or disorder.

If it continues, I'd see a doctor just to make sure it's none of the above.

I don't think its a migraine with no pain, I'm not sure that exists. I get dizzy too, I think its a lack of oxygen to your brain. I'm sure its nothing to worry about, just try to sit down and take a few deep breathes and relax. And drink more water, at least 8 glasses a day.
