I don't mean black eyes as in getting beat up. I mean the color of the eye it self.

I'm an Optician and I've been doing it for 10+ years. I can't say that I've ever seen anyone with totally black eyes. I can tell you that I have seen some pretty dark eyes though. I actually have eyes that are almost as black as can be. Most of the time you can't even see my pupils unless you flash a light directly in my eyes.
They do make contacts though that are totally black. They are called "Black Out" and they are made by Wild Eyes. They also make the "White Out" contacts, like the kind Marilyn Manson wears...

No. Some people have very dark brown eyes but no one actually has black eyes.

YES..my son was born with black eyes and then ended up turning hazel..it IS possible..looked really wicked since he had blond hair and black eyes...strange.

dark brown eyes can look black maybe? I think that what you are thinking of is done with special contacts though.
