There shouldn't be a time limit or a waiting period to say "I love you". You just say it when you're sure that it is what you feel. Now, that doesn't mean the person you say it to will say it back or love you too, that's another story. How long should you wait until you think they might say it back? Maybe 6 months, maybe less...it depends on how serious the relationship is, I guess!

You put a time limit on love,love is something that has to happen between you and someone,you will know when you really love someone.

I dont think there is an exact time as everybody feels it at different times.But prob not in the really early stages.
