There are two kinds of Chinese writing: simplified Chinese character and traditional Chinese character writing. You can find them both on http://www.babelfish.altavista.com/tr.
Just type protect, love and peace three words, then select English to Chinese-simp / Chinese-trad and you will get a good result.
Chinese from PR of China and Singapore use simplified Chinese character writing. The traditional one is used in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
