Plain & simple ,get to know the girl first by talking to her and asking her questions then you will find that you will either like her PERSONALITY or not then when you become friends tell her that you like her.Girls like to know whats up so dont keep them in the dark by telling them nothing.And I have to say because its important,concentrate more on school than girls,for it will open more oportunities in life.

alright, well, i'm a 13 year old girl.........we like, holding hands. going to the movies! going to the mall. chocolate. talking on the phone. talking on the computer, im'ing........emailing. surfing the web. a guys has to be nice, polite, kind, caring, and kinda cute (but that's NOT all we look for, it just adds....) umm, and not afraid to cry! and understands you. and they have to be a good listener! we kind of talk a lot! lol, and.....hope this helps..........but how old are you? hope YOUR 13!!!! k, bye!

depends on the girl to determin wat she likes.. im 14 yrs old. maybe u should start writing notes to her, giv it some time then ask her out.=) or start calling her, not to often though, and do it then
