I am going to be in a push up compotition next week.

Unfortunately, it takes more than one week to significantly increase your push-up stamina. Doing it the right way takes time.
Usually, you have to steadily build up the number of push ups and sets over a period of a few weeks.
I would suggest that you do the push ups either on an incline (your feet higher than your head) or on one foot. That way, when you do a normal push up, it will feel super easy and you can crank out a lot more. Good luck!

You need more than one week but the best way to increase how many you can do is to do push-ups regularly.

Try to do some bench press, bicep and tricep curls. But don't over do it, since the competition is a week to go.

And you're just asking? Plan further ahead! You could have been doing some bench presses to increase your strength!

Drink green tea be for you exercise and you'll burn twice as much energy. thus appearing to your body that your doing more exercise.
