Quick and weight loss do not go hand in hand. Simply stated, its not safe and you will gain the weight back (probably more than you loss).
I go with the "Natural deit" which really isnt a diet, its common sense:
Eat healthy - dont skip meals, especially not breakfast (5-6 small meals is better than 3, but being in school is hard to do that), eat well-balanced snacks and meals, leave out extra oils, fat, sugars, salt. Only eat until you are satisfied, if you get hungry in another hour or two, eat a small snack (you then know that you need those calories, and you arent putting extra calories into your system that will just turn to fat).
Drink water - water helps suppress hungry. Many (especially teenagers who dont think of drinking water) confuse being hungry with thirst - instead of drinking water which is what their body wants, they head for junk food instead.
Exercise - to lose weight, you have to burn more calories then you consume. You burn calories by just being alive. However, to burn more, go for a walk, swim, bike ride, shoot hoops, dance (even if its in your bedroom with the door shut), anything that gets your blood pumping.

Ok, do not skip meals, becasue this will mess up your metabolism. Second, do regualr exercise. Run for about half an hour at a time, becasue the first 20 minutes you run, your just using your excess energy. the 10 minutes after that, that is when you rally lose weight. Keep a diet that is under 2,000 calories. Every time you lose 5 lbs, treat yourself to something. (not that big!) and punish yourself if you go over (getting up at 6 on a saturday to run is a good way.) I use this diet, and i used to be a pudgy kid. I am now actally pretty cut, and skinny. I have lost 40 lbs using this diet. You must do all of these things, or else you are missing something important, and it will not work. GOOD LUCK!!!=D

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

a lot of human beings have only a splash extra weight at 13. be effective to get a minimum of 30 minutes of rigorous workout according to day, and stay some distance far flung from soda and subtle sugar. you will start to get extra ability interior a week or so. as quickly as you do, start up including some mild weights (lifting a backpack finished of books or cans of nutrients works in case you haven't got weights) to assist tone your muscle tissues.

It's great that your trying to lose the weight. The best way to lose weight quick is eating healthy foods and cutting out the sugars and sweets. Another way to lose weight is exercise and sports. Also walks.

First you really have to want to lose weight. Then get on a good diet plan like the weight watchers flex plan. Then exercise every day. Drink lots of water. Good luck

The quickest way would be to just have a heart attack and die. The fat will then rot away.
Probably not a method for everyone but food for thought nonetheless.

Stop drinking soda. That's a HUGE source of useless sugar in most teenagers' diets. You'll find that if you cut out all of the sweets, you won't have to do much else to lose weight.

Who cares? Pounds lost fast usually find their way back quickly. Talk to your Dr, counselor, parent or someone in authority. Get them to help you make the lifestyle changes that you need to make to do a lasting change.
