We were seeing each other 3 or 4 months. We would get together, watch movies at his house, kiss for hours, have s e x, etc. He always wanted me to sleep over and would practically cling to me when I had to leave. He even drove hours to come to my house and would sleep over and cuddle all night and hang out the next day. He even broke plans with his friends to be with me. And when we were apart we would email back and forth a lot.
He said he was really enjoying it and he enjoyed my company and liked me and I really turned him on etc. Then when I wanted him to be my boyfriend he said no because we live too far apart and don't have enough in common. And he said there was another girl he was interested in.
So I'm confused. Did he like me or not??? His actions tell me he really really liked me, yet he was interested in someone else??? This doesn't make sense to me! Please help me understand this!!!!!

God I hope I don't hurt your feelings but hey...honesty is what you want right?...I read all the good sex part and it all sounded great and then you blew me away when you said something about you wanting him to be your boy friend...well sweetheart, I guess you ARE confused since you did it all backwards...You don't meet some guy and have fantastic sex and then after a period of time try and make him your boyfriend. Next time try this....meet a guy...get to really know him then get intimate after you have both agreed that is the direction you both want to go. It sounds to me like you enjoyed each others bodies and then you assumed that you two were committed......It doesn't work that way and as proof just look at the question you are posing. If done correctly this question never would have come up. His actions never told you he liked you...all his actions said were I will go out of my way for an orgasm and hey he got the best of the deal because he got it with no strings attached. Your vagina has far more worth than that don't you think?

My God, your story sound too familiar. He just used you for sex. They appear all interested only to get what they want. That is a lame excuse. Both of them the distance and the other girl. He just wants to sleep around and not see just one. Very ordinary for a lot of guys to do and I've heard this story so many times. I am truely sorry it happened to you and myself.

he's running because you're having real feelings and he was just sprung. it probably ran it's course for him and you just accelerated it and brought it to a head. being far apart didn't have anything to do with it. he liked you, a bit, but it was probably just an infatuation and wasn't real, and probably never would have been. you're better off where you're at just take it for the good time hat it was and move on ...

Im sorry to say this but, i dont think he was interesting in you in a romantic sort of way.
Sounds to me like he was using you to get the one thing that he wanted and to get attention.
Just let it go.
But be careful of other men like that, thye are NOT worth a dime.
