You'll find God's principal of reaping and sowing in Galatians chapter6...
What goes around comes around is a bit different, it suggests there's no freedom of choice involved and that things are going to happen anyway..but the principal of sowing means we take an active part in doing good or doing evil...if we do good that's what we reap if we do evil that's what we reap...hope it's helpful..

This is where the saying orginated and it's true meaning:
Matt 7: 12, it is in essence a summation of the Ten Commandments and the Beatitudes from Christ's teaching. If you don't want to be ripped off, don't rip off others. If you don't want your spouse to cheat on you, don't cheat on your spouse. If you don't want to be judged, don't judge.
