every time that i transper my video to my computer it goes to file MOV and it does`nt work on my window media player 10.

If the video was originally a MOV then i'm sure Windows Media Player can't play it. But if it's a file type playable by it (.avi, .wmv, etc.) then you can just change the file extension at the end of the file name. If you cannot see these file extentions go to My Computer->Tools-> Folder Options. Click the View tab and uncheck the "Hide extentions for known file types" box. Click ok and you should see the extentions. Now to change the file type go to the file and right click on it, click rename, and remove the .mov part and replace it with its original.
