There are tons of receipes it depends on what you are wanting to make with the turkey. Here is a receipe that you may enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground turkey
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (12 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the ground turkey for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned. Drain the turkey, stir in the tomato sauce and sugar, and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese. Mix well and set aside.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Place them into a 9x13-inch baking dish, then layer the turkey mixture over the noodles. Then layer the sour cream mixture over the turkey, and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Ground turkey is very lean, so you may need to add binders such as eggs or breadcrumbs to keep it from falling apart. You can use it in meatloaf or meat ball recipes and bake it that way.

Or you can form it into patties, using the same ingredients that you would for meatloaf/meatballs. Place them in a shallow casserole and top them with a can of cream of chicken soup to which you've added a couple of tablespoons of milk and mixed well. Bake at 350 degrees until the soup is bubbly and the meat is done.

Other soups that work well with turkey are cream of celery or cream of mushroom. You can also add lightly sauteed mushrooms, onions, and/or peppers.
