drink lots of water
exercise
eat healthy food
eat fruits&veggies
skip the sugar
eat slowly
dont have too much food on ur plate, have only 3. becuase if more, than u would want to try more
leave 3 bites of food behind

I think all the time while i eat. Or watch TV. Just get my mind with something else also besides eating. I also eat slow. Somethimes might take 30 min or 45.The doctors that my mom took me too..tell me its because of that. The last time i went to my doctor she was like "its all because of that. If yuo want to gain little weight..you just try eating faster and dont think too much". Since my mom was complainig that im very thin. Well i dont really think i am..and others around dont think either. cuz im like 105, and 18 y.o. So yea..i hope it helps. Cant really say thats for sure..cuz there much more other ways..but it will help. )

Balanced nutrition and regular exercise to create a caloric deficit while staying out of starvation mode. This way your body will tap into its fat stores to balance the deficit but will not cannibalize lean tissue or lower your resting metabolic rate. Here is a free site with more info.
