My oven doesn't have a "warm" setting. I can only set it to a specific temp.

What temp should I set it at to keep a casserole warm?

Around 225 to 250 degrees will keep the food warm without drying it out or making it unsafe to eat. Any higher than 250, and you run the risk of the food tasting like cardboard.

Any lower, and the food may not stay hot enough to prevent spoilage.
