If I didn't want you to? I mean it. What if something totally outrageous happened to me, or to you, I am so fricking deluded that I don't follow your religion..

And I tell everyone, "Please do not pray for me. Do not waste your time. If you have any respect for me and my dignity, you will not pray for me."

Would you do it anyway?

Oh, there's nothing wrong. I'm just wondering. Really, the only reason I wouldn't want you praying for me is my dignity. I'm not afraid of anything, but I think that if I asked you not to pray for me, shouldn't you respect that? I'm not even saying I don't want prayers, just what would you do if I didn't?

And at least other religions admit that they are religions.

Are you sure you would take the time to actually take a chunk out of your time to say all of Ephesians 1:16-19;
"I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might" Just for a strange guy you don't even know, let alone one that wouldn't want your prayers?

I would pray the prayer of Paul in Ephesians 1:16-19.
Look it up.

If that is what you really want, then I wouldn't pray for you! But then, why are you so against someone praying for you? Are you afraid of prayer, and the God it reaches?! There is NO problem that Jesus and you can't handle! I don't need to pray, nor anyone else, for you. You need to pray, and ask God to help your unbelief. What ever the problem is, drugs, alcohol, sexual perversion attack, or just plain bad luck, God is always there to help you get through liefs trials and tribulations.
Now won't you share with us this problem, or at least let us pray for you? Remember, Christianity is a way of life, the Bible is liefs guide book, and it is not a religion!

Eh, I tend to pray for everyone normally, so it really wouldn't make a difference.

Everyone has their own beliefs, but everyone is human, and everyone needs a little prayer now and then. If you don't want to think of a prayer as a religious offering, you can think of it as having a friend who's got your back regardless of where you are, and is hoping for only good things to happen for you.

Probably so, because I pray for everyone. I pray for the whole world. So I guess I would have to say in my prayers for God to bless everyone , except for the guy on Y/A. that doesnt want any prayers said for him. Amen.
