My friends Chiuaua just passed way at 14 years old. Her name was Shellie by the Sea shore. I think she would be every proud if your name your dog that.

Annie, Emmie or Emily, Kaleigh, Penny, Angel, Mikki, Shayla, Bella, Toto, Tia, Missy, Minnie, to name a few. There are several dogs name lists on the internet if you do a search for dog names. Good luck and congratulations on your new puppy.

Base it on what she looks like, what silly things she likes to do, and her personality. Get to know her first and then decide to pick a name based on your knowledge of her.
For example, if she has spots you might name her Dot or Dottie, Patches, Polka Dot, etc.
If she is solid in color, you can name her the shade of color she resembles.
You can also use her size to pick a name, since it is a Chihuahua, she is most likely to be small so you might name her: Tiny, Pinky, Baby, etc.
If she is energetic in personality, you might call her: Bounce, Bouncy, Hyper.
If you have a favorite TV show/cartoon/movie character like Minnie, Lassie, or something of that sort.
There are tons of names to pick from but it is more special when you choose one that is suitable for her.
