Hi guys
Is there anything wrong about this sentence "I ran out of my pills, so I had to go buy some"? Is it ok to say so, or does something need to be changed or dropped out? Thanks

I'd say: "I ran out of pills, so I had to go to (or and) buy some more."

The "my" is redundant, because you're obviously the person who ran out of pills. In English English we have to have a preposition between two verbs used in conjunction (e.g. "go" and "buy", but I believe that in American English the rules are different.
