I have the same problem. What you do is get Astringent and vanishing cream clearasil is good (affective but good on the wallet) After you take a shower or bath w/e rub your back with the astringent then after that dries, rub the vanishing cream lightly on your back. But w/ the vanishing cream be careful cause it will bleach your clothes so ya gotta do it before you put your shirt on. I have been doing this for less than a week and im beginning to see SOME results

get a loofah on a stick or something similar and apply a face product to your back that way in the shower. You should use something mild like Neutrogena oil-free acne wash

I once had that problem so I consulted a dermatologist. She said I might be using a shampoo and/or conditioner that's too strong. She recommended using light shampoo and conditioner. She also recommended light scrubbing with a bath lily (mesh) everyday. Just do it very very gently.

Rub it with alcohol once a day. Or try peroxide too. Try alcohol in the morning and peroxide before bed. Otherwise, don't touch it, and wash your back well when you get in the shower.

1.try using an antibacterial soap daily when you shower (and ensure you shower daily)
2. include a body scrub in your shower routine (did wonders for my body acne)
3. make sure clothing touching your skin is clean/oil free
4. if it is still persisting see your doctor and they'll give you prescription meds

they can contribute...also are they dry cleaned?..that can contribute to acne also...
now that spring & summer are coming..you can wear cotton tops...
also try 100% aloe vera gel on you zits..it will dry them out...
and keep back oil under control.
