no it is a nervous thing and can be corrected by learing how to breath right also take you time in talking.if you are in the uk you can get your doctor to refer you to speach theraphist

a disability is summat that restricts u so in a sence it is a disability if it is stopping u interacting with others however as it has been sed it is a reaction from your nerves which can be controlled under the right circumstances, i dont see it myself as a problem but it can be classed as a disability. my friend has a stammer and he is doin fine with it. hope u get the advise u need. xx

i don't think it is!otherwise there would be more disabled badges for parking spaces issued!& don't know any1 that gets benefits from stammering!!!

yes as a disability is an inpairment- something which prevents you getting on with life as "normal" people do.
