"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly."
Buddha

All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.
Buddha

There is only one serious answer:

"The Buddha is dung."

It signifies that Buddha does not consider anything in the universe more important that anything else (equating himself to yes...dung). It's a primary tenent :)

The best? Not sure, but certainly one I can use everyday ...

Shakyamuni Buddha:
If you know anything that's hurtful and untrue, don't say it.
If you know anything that's helpful and untrue, don't say it.
If you know anything that's hurtful and true, don't say it.
If you know anything that's helpful and true, find the right time.
